Bios Downgrade

How do i downgrade my bios im on BaseBoard Product    P8H61-I LX R2.0/RM/SI BIOS Version/Date    American Megatrends Inc. 1401, 22/02/2013 But 1401 isnt a available option on the website for my motherboard so i believe that's causing my fps to be worse and game feel laggy when i try flashing it with the 
.rom it says Bios Image Integrity Check Failed

There are different revisions of that motherboard,  so you will need to make sure those match.
