why 600W psu, 500W would be fine (600W is also fine, with 600W you will have a better upgrade path)

 

i dont think there is a huge price difference between the i5 10400 and 10400f... (sometimes its the same)

 

use a hyper 212x or 212 evo

 

try to find for a 8gb variant of the rx 570, that will help you in some games (you will be able to increase the textures and even high res gaming, like 1440p or 4k (even though it will be hard for the rx 570 hold up, buts its some good value!) )
