NOT STARTING after replacing mobo + cpu

So after saving up and finally replacing my motherboard and cpu, my computer doesn’t start up. It gets stuck on a loop of the CPU, DRAM, and GPU, lights on my mobo. 

 

Specs:

b550 aorus pro ac

3060 ti

Ryzen 9 5900x

32 GB T-Force ARGB Ram

You'll probably need to update the BIOS.

I cant enter bios. also, i bought a b550 solely because it was already compatible with 3rd gen.

Make sure to quote people.

And a 5900X is 5th gen.

my bad. also stupid on my part then . how do i update it then? i still have my old cpu so i can put that one in to update it.

Put in your old CPU, get the latest BIOS, and update it. Then put your 5900X in.

yeah i mean where would i get the latest bios. off of gigabytes website? or a third party?
