wireless headset/mouse issues

so , randomly my sound quality drops , like really bad , and sometimes my mouse lags when that happens , ive been using LatencyMon from www.resplendence.com

 

the problem started after i got my rog strix oc 3090 , never had this problem with my 2070

 

i thought i fixed the problem , but then a month later it started happening agian
