Go for the 750ti and add the other 4gb of RAM later. RAM is always easy to upgrade.

but what if the ram that is compatible with my motherboard  sells out?

Just get RAM with the same specs as what you currently have, you shouldn't run into any issues.

wll 4gb of ram be enough for watch dogs?no multiplayer

I think you will be able to get away with 4g of RAM.  An upgraded GPU will give you much more performance over more RAM.  Get a GTX 660 if you can spend around $180, if not, get the GTX 750ti for $150.  Upgrade your RAM later on down the road, and go for 4x2 for a total of 8GB

Won't happen. You got plenty of time... DDR is still for sale.  I would go 750 TI, then upgrade to 8GB later.  The new PNY OC card looks pretty beast \\\\
