Control GPU Auxiliary Fan

Hey,

I recently built my new PC and I connected one of the front panel fans to the AUX connector on the EVGA 3080 FTW3.

Thing is that it only spins sometimes (I'm guessing only when the GPU really thinks it needs it or something).

Is there a way to control this fan and make it always spin on minimum speed, and turn up automatically depending on what load the PC is under like the other fans that are connected to the motherboard?
