GPU (?) running slow

After I updated the drivers, the GPU does not reach 100% load anymore. I tested it with Heaven benchmark and it was running at 100% Im pretty dumb so i don't really know how to check the frequency, but this picture is what it says when running Heaven. The GPU doesnt reach 100% anymore in for example Overwatch, but it is still not the usual framerate that it should be. (Also im sorry that the picture is in Swedish, I hope you can understand it anyways)

You can check gpu frequency in for example MSI Afterburner (advanced) or GPU-Z, then compare that with cpu usage from task manager when playing a game.

Today I played Beat Saber and it was lagging really bad. I saw that the GPU was at 100% I thought it was weird, but I updated the Nvidia drivers. That didn't help.

I started Super Hot VR. It ran fine.

I started Overwatch, it was running slow aswell, i usually have my fps capped at 155 on epic settings, it was running at around 85 ingame and it struggling to cap 60 in the homescreen. The GPU was at 100%. I switched it to low settings and it was capped again. Then i switched back to epic settings, and the fps was around 120 this time, not still what i usually get. The difference this time was that the GPU was around 45%. Which is more around what it usually is.

I don't know what have caused this. Help would be appreciated!

Spec:

AMD Ryzen 7 3700X

(8 x 2 GB) 3600 Mhz

Geforce RTX 2070 Super

What frequency is the gpu running atvwhen you see 100% load?

It seems like it has been resolved now? I messed around with some stuff and it seems to be working fine now. Seemed to be a problem with the new driver they put out, but thank you for the help anyways!

You just installed a different driver?

Do you remember what version you used before and after the issue?
