In April 2019 I built a pc. i7-9700, generic 2666 ddr4 16Gb, PNY 1tb NVME, GTX 1660 ti, Gigabyte H370 Hd3. I added a Gigabyte GC-CI22M_A, this is an M.2 E key Wifi and Bluetooth card. Everything worked fine until December, and I could no longer find any Wifi signals. I still had Bluetooth, but no Wifi. Wifi still worked fine on other devices, cell phone, tablets, etc. I did trouble shooting with Gigabyte, and really didn't get anywhere. So I purchased an Intel WiFi 6 AX200. Same thing, Bluetooth but no Wifi. I have since changed to an Asrock B365 Pro4. I still have the same problem, Bluetooth but no Wifi. The PC sees the card, it has the latest drivers. When I ask windows to diagnose the adapter it says there is a problem with the drives, but when I try to update the drives, it says I have the optimal driver. The last option I can think of, is a fresh install of Windows. I will be thankful for any help.
