GPU issue

Everything runs together and individually, even with the gpu slotted in, but as soon as I plug in the pcie cable to power the gpu, the system clicks and shorts out, I think there's something wrong with the gpu but I'd appreciate any help on what to do next!

Can you post your system specs?
Make sure to specify the exact PSU.

I already built it and booted it and have played on it in a test bench sort of set up, as soon as I put it all in the case it started to play up, I could of nudged it or something that has caused an issue
