Indexer problem for files

This has been happening recently, it's fixed after a restart. But happens again after a few hours, but windows is on SSD which performs well in other apps and games. Do I need to format?

All types of content looks like this for sometime, after it loads it's fine...

The Green bar gets stuck in the end...
