Best Mobile VPN Protocol?

Sup guys I've had Nord VPN on my iPhone and was just wondering what's the best protocol to use? My options are:

1. Use recommended

2. IKEv2

3. OpenVPN (UDP)

4. OpenVPN (TDP)

5. NordLynx

 

My understanding is that OpenVPN is the most common, IKEv2 apparently is the most mobile friend due to its ability to auto-reconnect or something if you lose cell signal? And NordLynx is based on the WireGuard protocol which I don't know much about except that is the newest protocol and apparently very good good just not so popular yet? So my guess would be to use IKEv2 because it's the most mobile friendly unless NordLynx has that feature too or I'm missing something with OpenVPN?
