WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?

Last week I built myself a new PC. It posted and ran with out issue after the first power up, I loaded up the OS, installed some software. Tested it out over a few days before I decided it was good to go.

 
After a safe shut down I unplugged everything and moved it to a new home. At this point it refuses to post, my RGB resorted back to stock settings, my mobo RGB was off, the power button and reset button would not work. It was dead. I rebuilt the machine, eventually decided to flash the bios. At this point it finally posted again. Over the next several days I would do random start ups and shutdowns to make sure it was no longer and issue. Everything working fine, again safe shut down, put the case back together along with the remaining fans, plugged it back.

 

I am again flashing the bios in hopes that it recovers again. What is wrong with my PC, please send help.

Check your motherboard manual on how to clear CMOS/RTC.

Mobo has Qflash, can flash it with just a psu and a box if I really wanted to
