5600x Frequency

So i got a new cpu, The 5600x and it's been working great. My temps weren't that good with a h100i v2 so i switched it to the arctic liquid freezer II 240 and got the same temps. Warzone at 80c. but now after 2 weeks i'm at 65 with some lower frequencies. Now im at 4400-(4650 normal) while it was pinned at 4650 before. Is it damaged?
