Do any cases like this exist?

So a mITX is 6.75 wide, a GPU 4.25 high & a SFX psu 2.50. high. So a Case like the RVZ02, if the psu was on the back side, laying on its side, the case would be 13.5, less depth from, the psu being on the back side, laying on its side, 5 tall (sitting flat). It could take 3 slot GPUs.
