So, I overclocked my 9900K to 5.2ghz by justy setting the clock speed to 5.2ghz, adding a negative voltage offset of 60mv and disabling c states and crap. But the CPU is running 1.59v under light loads, is that safe? Under heavy loads it drops to 1.32v though. Mobo is an asus maximus apex xi so my voltage reading is correct. Ram is at 4000 15-14-14-28 1T 1.5v.
AFAIK voltage doesn't matter until it is really high and current is the issue, my current is 175A under load which AFAIK is all g.

That's about as high as I go with my X5690 a 32nm dinosaur.. 1.525 on my 3770K a 22nm dinosaur..

1.59 is nothing for a 9900K? Holy shite.

I gave 1.6v to my 3600xt my second time trying to overclock with no clue what I was doing.. just pushing buttons.. whoops. It took it but probably didn't like it much. Only hit 103 for a few seconds ha.
