HDMI dont work good

So my HDMI dont really work if I plug the HDMI no signal but i can enter the BIOS .

If I want to use my HDMI i have to put a second screen and put mirror for the 2 screen setting . So my HDMI port and cable work but i cant use it with one screen. Tanks for ur reply!
