Depends what you are using for video editing, because the implementations of OpenCL and CUDA really determine which one will perform the best. In terms of raw compute, in the same OpenCL scenario, the 570 with perform better. However, not every program uses OpenCL, and the ones that do can be outdated as AMD hasn't delivered a competitive GPU for compute in few years. See what editor you'd use and whether it supports OpenCL and if it is known for having a good or bad reputation with its OpenCL implementation.

I'm not sure if the 1050 Ti has HW encoder built in..I know for sure my 1660 Ti has it,when I encoded video to H.264.

I'd go with nVidia for sure, better all around support.

Please do not take offence for my apparent confusion or rudeness,it's not intent me to be like that,it's just my BPD,be nice to me,and I'll return twice better,be rude and usually I get easly pissed of...I'll try to help anyone here,as long as it's something I dealt with, and even if you think I'm rude or not polite, forgive me,  it's not me it's my BPD.

Thanks for understanding.
