Can't Find 12v Fan Pinout

GhostRoadieBL
Go to solution Solved by GhostRoadieBL,

Solved my own problem, nothing can't be done with a multimeter

Grey - (C) -> Yellow (RPM)

Brown - JWT -> Red (+12v)

Black - C17 -> Black (Ground)

so I'm swapping out the fan in my projector with a Noctua NF-A8 which has the standard YRK wiring.

the currently installed 80mm aub0812h-e fan has non standard cable colouring nor pin naming conventions

Has anyone had experience with these wiring labels or should I worry about burning out the noctua by swapping the connectors with the wrong polarity?

I believe C should be common which should be -12v, the arrow should be +12v but that might be mixing terms
