No fan spin

Hello everyone,

I have an rx 570 4gb i just got and i dont get any fan spin even when the temps go above 70 (i tried running a game to see if they would spin up and it hit 89c with nothing). But in msi after burner i can manually set the fan speed and then they would just work. Any ideas on how to fix this or whats going on? Thanks!
