Bluescreens

Since last night i am having bluescreens add random moments and i can't figure it out what's causing this.
I also downloaded Bluescreenview but it doesn't show any bluescreens i had.

In the system log i first had the error: EnhancedStorage-EhStorTcg before the bluescreen happends and i found out that is a error from my SSD (Crucial MX100) but i have disconnected the SSD but still getting bluescreens.
