Hey my nintendo switch wont connect to the internet and ive tried restarting multiple times and trying software updates but it wont let me do software updates because im not connected to internet please help

Without any further info no one can help you.

So:

- Does the switch show its connected? Did you try to delete the wifi information and re-enter it?

- What kind of router/access point do you use?

- Did anything change to cause this?

Can you use your phone to create portable wifi hotspot and check if it connects to it?
