My computer shuts down when using hdd

When i try and launch something that is stored on my HDD, my computer just shuts off. Minecraft for example, try and launch it, get to Mojang loading screen and then boom, pc turn off, not restart just turns off. i have tried to re download games like Minecraft on my HDD but it wont let me and when i try moving the folder it still doesn't help.

What do i do?

my os is on a different ssd.
