Trouble with vm

I was following someordinarygamers guide to setting up a gaming vm and iommu isnt working. Is my mobo or cpu? 

Btw i have a ryzen 5 3600x and an asrock b550 pro4 mobo. Any help on the matter would be appreciated thanks

You will have to enable it in the bios, For AMD i think its SVM and IOMMU.

Check the manual or browse the bios to find those 2

did you enable virtualization?

Anything i've written between the * and * is not meant to be taken seriously.

keep in mind that helping with problems is hard if you aren't specific and detailed.

i'm also not a professional, (yet) so make sure to personally verify important information as i could be wrong.

Forgot to mention that i enabled the svm thing not sure about the iommu thing. I look for it thanks
