What do I need to do if my GPU is running around 15-30% and getting low fps.

 

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600x

Call of Duty: 30 fps

Fortnite:20-30 fps

Rust:27 fps

Valorant:80 fps

Battlefront: 70 fps

all on 1080p

 

i have 16gb of ram and a B450 Aorus M motherboard

I do have the latest drivers installed, i don't know how to check the temps.
