WMI Provider Host

was checking my temps etc with ryzen master, seems as though my cpu is under constant mild usage from " WMI Provider Host " ?

The last thing I installed was Dragon Centre to control the RGB on my mobo, so I tried closing it and WMI Provider Host remains on, any ideas ?

 

Update : Went into services.msc and restarted WMI. Seems to be fine now

Keeps coming back every now and again. The app causing WMI provider host is " IP Helper ".


Not sure why this started but the only fix seems to be either turning it off or restarting WMI Provider
