pc freezes

Hello

I recently built my friend a pc and everything seemed to work fine, but when he got home and tried to launch a game or join a discord call the pc just froze he can still click around but no response. Before he picked up the pc I ran a benchmark and everything worked fine.

we tried to update drivers, update windows which worked for a couple hours and now it started again. I really don't know what de issue could be.

MSI B450 Tomahawk MAX

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1650

ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro 512GB

Crucial MX500 250GB

CORSAIR CV Series CV550

G.Skill Ripjaws V 2 x 8 GB 3200 MHz

AMD Ryzen 5 3600
