minecraft level fail to import

iv been playing minecraft with my gf for months now and my computer needed a restart so i exported my minecraft wold reinstalled minecraft that i bought through  the store with beta like before and i get level import failed and i have other saves but they are mounths old and i dont want to start that far back any help id be thankfull
