Slow Ethernet on My PC

Hi everyone, so i've this strange issue on my PC, let me put it this way: 

 

1. my internet is 1 gig speed, but getting lower speeds on my pc.
2. changed the cable and the connection lan to wifi, the same result.
3. used the same cable on a different pc, got the right speeds.
4. deleted my own pc network card drive and re-installed it again, same.
5. changed it from auto-neg to full duplex 1 gig, still same slow speeds.
6. finally nothing is wrong with my cable, or my router as much as i think.

so what is the problem ! where is it ! i can't find it.

We need more information to help you. What bandwidth are you paying for? What are you using to test the internet speed? What speeds are you seeing on both the problem computer and other devices on the network?

What bandwidth are you paying for? : 5G connection

What are you using to test the internet speed? : Speed Test

What speeds are you seeing on both the problem computer and other devices on the network? :

1. my pc getting around 100 Mb to 200 Mb.
2. other PC's on same Network 300 Mb to 600 Mb.

i also used the same cable on another PC and got 600 Mb, then used it on my PC and got 200 or something.

 

i know some will say it's  ( 5G ) and you can't count on it, but !, i'm doing many tests on both pc's and my phones in the same room, and my PC has an issue i'm sure about it.

 

any other info's you need i will be here
