looks good, but for $120 USD, you can get a much better PSU.

https://pcpartpicker.com/product/WrNypg/seasonic-focus-plus-gold-650w-80-gold-certified-fully-modular-atx-power-supply-ssr-650fx

-Fully modular

-80+ Gold

-Seasonic (top end manufacture)

-650 Watts, more than 550W

-silent mode

-10 year warranty

Also, i believe that the GPU may not have the best cooling solution, it can reach 90+ C (NOT GOOD) while under load. If you can, I would recommend a different card.

EDIT: I just realized you were in Australia. Prices may be different there for PSU's, so the Super Flower one may work, but I would look at reviews. In the US they are not a top brand. So IDK about Australia.

super flower PSU's are pretty good. Not sure why you don't like em.

If you mean the privce, then yeah. Abit overpricy for 550w

Just never heard of them. I tend to spend more of my budget on a power supply. If Super Flower is a good brand, then im not gonna rain on someones parade. But yeah, a bit much for 550W

im watching a yt video on this card and apparently the sound of the card is really loud

From what I can see, its all 4+ star reviews. Plus you have to weigh your options. If it ends up being loud, I would rather that than overheating.

you think MSI is any better?

Only good RX 580 is from Sapphire and XFX

edit, dude in the video was STRESS TESTING the card.

It wouldn't reach those temperatures anyway if you just gonna game on it

would you recommend a asus 1650 super 4gb instead or should i just try to find a sapphire version of the 580

Reviews don’t matter that much. The diablotek PSUS have good reviews...

When it comes to PSU's, sure. Because every PSU is different you cant rely on reviews. But when it comes to GPU's the i think it would be fine to take a quick look at reviews.

Do you think i should get the ASUS GeForce GTX 1650 Super TUF OC 4GB or the PowerColor Radeon RX 580 Red Dragon Edition 8GB.

Im confused because the rx580 has more vram at a slower speed but the 1650 only has 4gb vram at a faster speed.

does the more vram matter or faster speeds

would i have to change any of my parts or is everything compatible with the 1650 super

No, you would not. I had that GPU in an old system. It’s great for the price and definitely better than a 580, from my experience.
