Help with Older Case - Custom part?

I've got an original Centurion 5 that's in great condition (Was my first case). The I/O panel works fine and is in good condition, but is outdated. I would like an almost identical panel, but with more modern ports. Has anyone here ever had a custom part fabricated for a case, and if so are there any recommendation of who to go with? I would need the not just the metal frame, but new ports and connections.

This looks like a 3D printing job.

You an get usb3 and Thunderbolt adapters if that's what you want to put in the place of usb2 and 1394.  It should be just measure, print and then mount with the connectors and screw it onto the case.

Isn't that a floppy drive size? If so you can just get a floppy drive front IO thing and attach it there
