5600X PBO Question

Hey everyone, Today I picked up my 5600X and I have a question about the PBO algorithm. So my CPU doesn't have the best silicon. It can do 1.3V 4.7 GHz but 4.8 GHz is impossible. But that doesn't matter that much because I don't care about multi core performance at all so I use my CPU with all default settings. Is there a way I could make PBO boost even harder on the single core and less on the multi core but tweaking with specific settings?
