Lubuntu not installing

I am trying to install lubuntu on an old windows 7 laptop. For some reason every time I try and boot from the SD card it just sits at the command prompt doing nothing. I am very new to things like this so if I am missing something tell me.

Several options:

 

(1) Are you certain the SD card is formatted properly and has the proper .ISO on it?

(2) Are you certain the laptop can boot from the SD card?
