Plex server Port Fowarding

I have made a NAS and Plex server in my home. The only problem is the remote access of the plex server keeps saying that it is not accessible outside my network. I have tried to port forward the ip address but I don't know if I am doing it right. I have a linksys velop with the pc plugged into a network switch. Does anyone know how to fix this.
