If I need clean power, I'd choose the 80+ Gold.

If I need more power, I'd choose the 80+ Bronze.

R7 3700x, Overclocked RTX 3060 Ti

(Future proofing in mind so that's why 650-750 watts isn't overkill.)

Neither. Quality is king hence why there is this list. B tier or better should be aimed for. If both are in there then get whatever.

neither. rating is not quality. you should be asking which is better: DF or DC-DC. I would say DC-DC.

brand is not quality since most brands do not make their psus, Seasonic, sirwa, high Power etc make most psus.
