Audio Format Problems?

Ok, so i have an Ae7 sound blaster sound card in my pci slot, it was fine up until i also added a Capture card to my system for streaming purposes. now since i installed the Capture card every time i open some form of window or screen capture like OBS and so on my Audio sound flips.. my left is right my right is left my up is down, full mess. I originally thought it had something to do with my capture card so i pulled it back out, but the problem isnt fixed. Ive uninstalled sound drivers ive done everything i can to try figure this problem out with no success. when i right click troubleshoot sound problems, windows determains that its an audio format problem not being set to default. this fixes it for around 2 minutes before the issue is back... PLEASE HELP ME IM GOING CRAZY! ill also love you forever :)  

oh and its 100% to do with the sound card as i can plug a usb headset in and avoid the issue.
