help New pc has problems

I just built this pc and when i load up gta it crashes everytime. specs, asrock x570 phantom gaming 4s, rx 5700 msi evoke, r5 3600x, evga supernova GE 650w gold + certified, 

Crucial Ballistix 16GB 288-Pin SDRAM DDR4 3600, air cooled. pleas help i have no idea why it would do this i just wanna burn my pc at this point
