- Using 144Hz monitor

 

Just wondering to make sure 750 watt is enough or should I go to 850? The price is 125 the site won't let me add it for some reason

Nvidia recommends 750W psu for systems with an RTX 3080. This is more than enough capacity.

 

Consider the excellent https://pcpartpicker.com/product/79tQzy/corsair-rmx-2018-750w-80-gold-certified-fully-modular-atx-power-supply-cp-9020179-na psu. The 850W model is about US$10 more.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
