Mobile hotspot keeps disconnecting

I built my first pc recently, and don't have a wifi adapter and won't for a while. I'm using my phone as a wifi adapter atm, but now it keeps disconnecting, like I connect my phone, turn on usb tethering, it will work for like 10 sec - 2 min, then the wifi not available symbol shows up on the pc. I have tried plugging it in different ports, it didn't change anything. This setup has been working for at least a week with not a lot of issues, sometimes it would show the symbol, but I only needed to turn off tethering and turn it back on to fix it. Just restarted my pc, worked for about 3 min.

 

Edit: And now it magically has started working...
