How do I use Freesync again?

Go to solution Solved by Glenwing,

You need to plug in a secondary display and use that one to change the settings.

I own a Freesync monitor, and I decided to try out G-sync in Nvidia control panel. My screen went black, and I was waiting for the screen to revert, but after a minute, it still didn't revert, so I restarted my computer. When it started up, I could see the motherboard logo fine but after the windows loading screen, my screen went dark again. I restarted again but this time in the motherboard icon screen, I used the buttons on my monitor and turned off freesync, so that it wouldn't be possible to use G-sync. It works now, but when I tried to turn on freesync again via monitor settings, my screen will go black again because of G-sync. The thing is, if I have freesync off, I cannot turn off g-sync since the option won't show up at all in Nvidia control panel. How do I disable g-sync but still use freesync?

Unfortunately you need to have gsync enabled, cause it's sort of a "freesync via gsync" situation

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

Ok this is weird I was ready and I moved the Nvidia control panel window to my phone via spacedesk, but when I turned on freesync on my main monitor, the screen didnt go black and g-sync is still on. So I guess g-sync works on my monitor now.
