Recently when I turned on my pc it went on, all the fans were spinning but the screen was black. Also the VGA light from the EZ Debug LED was on from my motherboard. I fixed it by clearing the CMOS. But than 2 days later it happend again. Which also was fixed by clearing the CMOS. But if it happens again what could be the problem?

Specs:
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x
Motherboard: MSI MPG B550 GAMING PLUS
GPU: NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1660
PSU: Corsair RM 650x

Try re-seating the GPU and since you cleared CMOS it's probably a good idea to go into the BIOS and set your memory back to the XMP profile.

When I cleared the CMOS I needed to uninstall the graphics card so I had more room. Do you think that would be enough or should I put it in another slot?

It would've been enough.

Only other things I can think of would be testing with a diffrent GPU if you had one available or testing your GPU in another PC to see if it gets any issues, but given you had the issue reappear after 2 days it might be difficult to pinpoint the problem until it's more frequent.
