Good evening all, I've just completed a build using the x570-a pro motherboard,

I've got a couple of issues that are bugging me,

Firstly, I can only install one of my RAM sticks, the manual says to use slots 2 & 4 but nothing boots when number 4 is in, I've tried all other ports and nothing, I've also swapped the sticks around and nothing. They both work in slot 2, on their own..

Using just the one RAM stick I've got windows booted fine, everything seems nice and quick! I'm trying too add my PS4 controller via Bluetooth but the dongle isn't picking it up? I've tried two different controllers, I've updated the drivers via windows device manager and they are updated..

Any suggestions on either of these issues, thanks!

Might have a bad RAM slot on the motherboard if both sticks work fine in the other slots.

I would see about exchanging it, as the speed difference of single vs dual channel is quite noticeable

Is there anyway of testing it first? it boots fine with RAM in just slot two but if i put the 2nd stick in slot 1,3,4 it doesn't boot so it knows something is there?
