Cpu won’t boost to 4200 MHz

Hello , I recently noticed that my cpu just won’t boost to what it needs to , I haven’t touched nothing , no bios settings , no ryzen master settings , I just installed windows , is there a way to fix this ? I will show you a video of how the MHz jumps , in that video it only stayed at 4025 - 4050 why is that ? In all games is the same , it used to be at 4200

4.2 GHz is the maximum boost value. You won't see this for multi threaded loads. Your CPU is functioning normally.

It used to show 4200 , why it stopped , it was like that constantly before

Download HWINFO monitoring software. Open it and keep it in the background while playing your games and post the screenshot of the temperatures while the game is open in the background.
