Does anyone know any capture methods for 2ds/3ds?

Like, on native hardware? Your only bet is to look for one of those modified 3DSes out there that have USB-C output.

If you're on a budget, you can use you phone a phone tripod of some sort and a stand for your 3DS (like the one that came with Kid Icarus).  Use the usb connection from the phone, the headphone output of the 3DS (and the mic/line in on your computer), and some recording software (link).  Frankly though, unless you just need to capture some footage for a review or something limited in scope, it's best to just fork over the cash for a real mod.  It sucks, but it's the only way to record stuff or stream over long time spans ergonomically and without, well a camera or phone in front of the screen.  This video might be a little outdated, but My Life in Gaming covered the options well.

Edit: Looks as though there is a softmod that can be done as well.

3ds capture can be done wirelessly by softmodding your 3ds. Unfortunately its quite laggy and doesnt work very well. If you have any questions on how to do it. Check out the Nintendo Homebrew Discord. Someone (Maybe even me since I lurk there) will be able to help.
