Need help with choosing the Components

Budget : 1400€

Country: Germany

What will it be used for?: General Gaming (GTA, FIFA, All the LEGO Games, ETS2, LS19 and more) and I want to make YT Videos on that Computer.

 

Soo, I want to get a whole New Computer because the one I have now is Trash and outdated.

But my Problem is, I dont realy know much about Computers, Components and all the other Stuff.

So It would be cool if someone could "make" or more give me a list of the Components you would prefer.

 

(You can go over the Budget a LITTLE bit but only if much performance goes to waste if you dont go over the limit (max: 1500€))
