Yes they come in different sizes that fit different headphones. Each set of pads will list a bunch of headphones they fit, however the list is almost never complete so they may fit something not on the list.

 

What's most comfortable depends on your head and preference and the headphone your using them on. Unfortunately the only way to know for sure is to try them.

 

I wouldn't say Brainwavz is the 'best', though they may have the best option for whatever particular headphone you want to put pads on. Other options include Yaxi and Dekoni.

Yes get the headphones first then if you feel the need to swap the pads then do it. What headphones are you looking at getting?
