Need help getting ethernet adapter driver installed

Here is my issue with one of my networking drivers that are missing:

 

My laptop model is: Lenovo y50-70 Gaming Laptop

 

Not sure what happened or why my Ethernet driver is missing, 

 

Without the driver I am unable to use ethernet on my laptop. 

 

The ethernet does work but is unusable due to the drivers missing.

 

Any tips or help getting this resolved would be appreciated. Thank you

Yes I have tried that driver and the same message shows up.

Are you installing while you have the cable plugged in already?

I am not sure honestly how to fix this
