looking for a very specific usb dock

im looking for a usb 3.0 dock. now normally i would just buy the cheapest thing on amazon but this time i need a specific config of where the usb ports actually are. im looking for a dock with minimum 4 ports and maybe a sd card reader but that's not as important. and i want three of the usb ports to be on the back of the dock and everything else on the front or the left side. if i can find something like this im planning to munt it to my desk for easy usb use without going to my towers top mounted ports. does something like this even exist? if you know of something that matches my description please comment with a link.

 

P.S. i have a usb c port but i dont want one of those docks with the hdmi and/or dvi outputs because they would just get in the way.

What speed do you need?
