Mixing fans

So I’m building a pc using tomahawk b450 max and a lancool 2 mesh, the lancool case has a controller connected to the front io, would I be able to use rgb splitters to connect all my fans so they can all be controlled by the case buttons? I’m also wondering if I’m able to connect different brand fans to the same splitter and get them all synced with each other. These fans got me so confused idk what to do :/
