Budget : $700 - $800 (extra 200 for the monitor)

Country: United states

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Call Of Duty Cold War, Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020, and Need For Speed games that are going to come out

Other details : I don't need any new peripherals besides a main monitor, I want to play at  1080p  60 - 144 hz. I am upgrading because the i5 3330 and r7 360 that is in my current pc aren't powerful enough for these games

Please note I just want to be able to play these games at medium if possible. I know that it wont be able to run all of this at high and I am completely fine with that

Budget is problematic, you need to get another 100$ to get some decent gameplay.

I guess medium 60 fps in some demanding games is possible indeed.

Could sell this old parts and gain some money for the new pc :)

Would recommend to go for a bigger PSU than needed for future GPU upgrading, It will not last your requirements in 3 years I assume.

You can wait like 2 months so we have more GPU supply and get the RTX3060TI, for the same price you get GTX1660 SUPER which is much much slower.

Would recommend a bit of cpu overclocking or just enabling AMD PBO which is basically stable auto-overclocking, every frame counts in this budget. You should also overclock your gpu to the max, you will not keep it for a lot of years anyways.

this is the minimum specs for your requirements if you follow my advices above.
