Low gpu usage!

I just got my sapphire rx 5600 xt, and installed the drivers. All good till I start playing gta 5. I realized my gpu usage was at 50% and my fps are very bad because of that. I ve set my power plan to performance and I even over clocked my gpu from msi afterburner and it still uses 50w. My specs are : ryzen 5 2600x, corsair cv550 80+ bronze, 16 gb ram adata 3200 mghz, asrock pro4 b450. Can someone help me?

From the information i'm seeing after having a quick search on the internet about the problem, your best bet would be to try an older Radeon GPU driver.

Uninstall your old driver using DisplayDriverUninstaller(DDU), walkthrough here:

Do i have to try all of them cuz i tryed 5 and is still the same
